Blinc Liquid Eyeliner
This is the first eyeliner developed to create a water-resistant "color layer" around the eye contour. Blinc Eyeliner is not a cosmetic color like traditional eyeliners, which means it cannot fade, smudge, run, or flake even if you cry or rub your eyes.
The intense color provides a dramatic look that lasts all day. When it's time to remove the eyeliner, it easily slides off without the need for makeup remover or soap.
Perfect for allergy sufferers, sensitive eyes, contact lens wearers, artists, and athletes.
Usage
Blinc Eyeliner should be applied on dry and clean skin, do not use moisturizer or foundation before applying the eyeliner.
Let it dry for a minute before applying any additional layers.
It can be removed with a combination of water and gentle pressure using fingers or cotton, without the need for soap or remover.
